The most elaborate poster. I personally have a problem with "Strive for Quality/Perfection", because I think of quality as emergent and can't define perfection in a changing world. And perhaps the graphic is trying to say too much... That said, the poster's call to learn and continue to learn is important, and the cycle bears comparison to Adaptive Software Development's speculate-collaborate-learn cycle.
